I AM GUY Magazine
I do not like the idea of categorising people according to their sexual interest, but I wonder if there are some people in this world who are really open to every gender in terms of sexual interest in men, women and transexuals. If there are, these people should be called “trisexual”, right?
The first picture is the image of a Thai actress, whose name is Lila Boonyasak, who is presumably a straight woman.
Next, Nong Poy, Treechada Petcharat, who I have mentioned before in my blog, who was born a man. Even though she is labelled a transexual, I recommend you to refer to her as ’she’.
The last image is the front cover of “I AM GUY”, which is a Thai fashion magazine for men of a certain kind who like looking at other men in a particularly tarty way.
Some people normally just go one way or another like homosexual, bisexual, heterosexual and transexual. If somebody fancies having a go with either the same sex, opposite sex or even transgender, that person could well be called “Trisexual” (or not).
As you can see, it is very confusing when you try to label people into tribes according to their sexual interest. While I am trying to make fun about gender branding, personally, I think it is immaterial. As far as I am concerned, whatever people do sexually with consenting adults, they should not be branded this and that. Maybe people should just have a go if they really want.

This term has been floating around for a while. It’s used as joke in a sit coms and the like, which I find pretty interesting given that most (if not 100%) of the time the “tri-sexual” they’re referring to is a woman and not a man, a sign of a very complex sexist double standard. But, I’m 100% with you, if they’re are two (or more, lol) consenting adults who want to have a go, by all means have fun and be safe!
the term is actually pansexual
